These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CodeHero concerning your access to and use of the Blockify mobile application.

Blockify provides executive-grade call screening and spam defense operating 100% locally on your Android smartphone using the official Android Telecom CallScreeningService API.

• Strict Mode: Automatically rejects incoming calls from phone numbers not present in your local contact list.
• Smart Shield: Intercepts hidden/private caller IDs and customizable international dialing prefixes.
• ⚡ 30-Minute Courier Pass: Temporarily suspends call filtering for 30 minutes to facilitate parcel and food deliveries.
• Zero Cloud Footprint: Blockify does not operate remote servers to ingest or analyze your personal contacts.

Blockify offers both a Free Edition and a VIP Lifetime upgrade:

• Free Tier: Includes essential defense features supported by non-intrusive Google AdMob banner and native advertisements.
• VIP Lifetime (blockify_vip_lifetime): A single one-time payment providing perpetual ad-free access, biometric lock, and full CSV export capabilities.
• No Subscriptions: VIP is a non-recurring lifetime purchase officially processed and verified via Google Play In-App Billing. Refunds are subject to Google Play Store refund policies.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• When Strict Mode is enabled, all calls from unsaved numbers will be blocked automatically. You are responsible for ensuring important contacts are saved in your device address book or using the Courier Pass when awaiting unscheduled calls.
• Emergency calls (such as 911, 112, 999) are strictly handled by the Android operating system and are never intercepted by Blockify.

Blockify is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While our on-device engine delivers industry-leading precision, CodeHero is not liable for missed calls resulting from aggressive OEM battery optimization settings, third-party carrier interference, or user misconfiguration.

All trademarks, logos, UI designs, algorithms, and branding related to Blockify are the exclusive intellectual property of CodeHero.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Blockify after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
